Emergency Call

(323) 760 2530

A warm refrigerator needs a diagnosis, not a guessed part replacement. Record the model, current temperature and any service message before requesting help.

Simple observations to share

  • Is the refrigerator warm, the freezer warm, or both?
  • Did the problem follow a power interruption or an open door?
  • Does the door close completely?
  • Is the appliance making a new noise or producing frost?

Preparing for the visit

Keep the display message available and provide access to the appliance. Do not remove panels or repeatedly reset the controls. The technician can check airflow, temperature sensing, controls and refrigeration components to establish the cause.

If cooling is inadequate, protect perishable food using another working refrigerator or suitable cold storage. Do not rely on the display alone to judge food temperature.
